Our Mexico Single Origin hails from Oaxaca and Chiapas. This region thrives on the legacy of 80-year-old farms and traditional cultivation methods. Our medium-roast gem, certified EP and Organic, unveils a harmonious blend of flavors: the indulgence of chocolate, the warmth of cinnamon, and the crispness of green apple.
A blend of Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties paints a picture of Mexico's coffee diversity. Grown at 900-1000 meters amidst clay minerals, these beans reflect the region's soul.
Fully washed and sun-dried, this coffee embodies both tradition and quality. Oaxaca, a puzzle piece bordering Chiapas and the Pacific Ocean, crafts distinctive beans with sweet caramel tones, yellow fruit notes, orange acidity, and a creamy body.
